What we collect
When you submit a form or run the instant audit, we collect your name, email, phone (optional), website URL, and anything you write in the message. We also collect basic analytics (pages viewed, device, approximate location, referral source) through Google Analytics, which uses cookies.
How we use it
To reply to you, prepare your audit, send the report you requested, and improve our site. We don't sell your information.
Who processes it
Resend (email delivery), Supabase (secure lead storage), Google (analytics and PageSpeed testing), and our hosting provider. Each processes data only to provide its service.
Retention
Lead records are kept up to 24 months, or until you ask us to delete them.
Your choices
Email hello@portlandwebagency.com to access, correct, or delete your information, or to opt out of follow-up. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings.
